A person working as a Fashion Model in Nigeria typically earns around 294,000 NGN per month. Salaries range from 159,000 NGN (lowest) to 444,000 NGN (highest). This is the average monthly salary including housing, transport, and other benefits. Commercial models seem to be one of the highest paying types of modeling in Nigeria. Commercial models work based on contracts with brands helping them in promoting their goods and services to the audience.

There are no height or size requirements to be a commercial model. So even if you are DYING to be a fashion model, but simply do not fit the size requirements for mainstream “fashion modeling”, you can still find work and book great jobs as a “COMMERCIAL fashion model”, doing fashion print and things of that nature.

Commercial modelling encompasses all other types of modelling including plus-size, fitness, lingerie and beauty.

Nigeria is producing some of the newer models working globally.
